Puma has collaborated with a Japanese designer named as Mihara Yasuhiro for this new Puma by MIHARAYASUHIRO model which they are planning to introduce today, January 14, 2009, as part of their 2009 Spring and Summer Collection.
This Puma by MIHARAYASUHIRO is a clean looking sneaker created from a unique combination of materials that compose the upper. This pair actually looks like Converse’s Chuck Taylor model if you will remove the ankle strap. This sneaker is also made with a canvass upper in combination with a synthetic material found on the Puma logo on the side panels.
A leather material is also used on the shoelace area and on the collar. To accent this, they have included striped shoelaces highlighted in red, white, and blue. These colors are also found on the sneaker’s white outsole. For a more comfortable fit, Puma has included on this an ankle strap with sewn Puma in silver on it.
This Puma by MIHARAYASUHIRO will be released on a department store at Isetan Shinjuku today.
