There is one other Valentine Day sneaker that we gave our thumbs up to. However, here’s another one which has grabbed out attention the moment we saw it and that’s not just because of its colorway.

The Nike Zoom Kobe V USC PE sneaker is clearly a representation of the University of Southern California. The sneaker comes in a Cardinal red upper which makes it a great alternative kicks for the Day of the Hearts. But more than that, it is the different textures used on the upper that keeps the sneaker interesting.

The sneaker is accented by gold highlights on the swoosh, with a white outline. The swoosh itself has a different texture providing additional detail to the sneaker. The shoe laces also come in gold as well as the branding on the red tongue.

The Nike Zoom Kobe V USC PE sneaker has a perforated red matte toe box. We just love the iridescent faux scale overlays used on the lace base and the toe panel. The sneaker comes with a red inner lining. It sports a white and red sole.
