Nike Air Go LWP Black/Varsity Royal-White

Before Penny Hardaway got his own signature sneaker, he had worn the classic basketball shoe called as Nike Air Go LWP. This same silhouette was also worn by other NBA stars like Jason Kidd, Reggie Miller, and Tim Hardaway but it was Penny who was strongly tied to this model simply because of its Orlando Magic-like colorway.

The Nike Air Go LWP was considered to be one of the lightest basketball shoes during the mid 90’s that’s why several NBA stars at that time sported it. This 2010, Nike is rereleasing the classic Orlando Magic inspired colorway of the Air Go LWP. This colorway exhibits a black base upper made up of nubuck leather and mesh combination. This upper has accents of royal blue on the tongue piping, sock liner, and Nike branding embroidery all over. Highlights of white along the side panels and collar also adds accent to this pair. Finishing this classic basketball sneaker are the speckled shoelaces and black and white soles.

Sneakerheads can now pre-order this Nike Air Go LWP for as much as $119.99 at select outlets and online stores such as eastbay.
