Nike Air Force 1 ‘Pixel Fade’ Customs

You may think you are overdoing your computer use, because you are already seeing pixels all over. But don’t worry because these pixels are not the side effect of using your computer too much, but they are actually part of the design of this new sneaker from Nike.

The Nike Air Force 1 ‘Pixel Fade’ Customs is the latest customized version from JGoods. It follows the highy-pixelized designs of the Nike Sky Force Tecmo Bo, the Nike Blazer Tecmo Bo and the Lacoste Dot fade Pack.

This sneaker has been dubbed Pixel Fade, and there’s no doubt where that’s coming from. The shoe has a primarily white upper with much of the excitement coming from the back portion, thanks to the fading pixel design

The blue pixel design fades in reverse, from a dark blue in the heels of the sneaker, to a lighter version as it creeps up the sneaker middle. You would think this was done by a machine due to the smoothness of the pixels, but they were actually done by hand, by Jon.

The Nike Swoosh is in yellow gold, matched by the heel tab also in yellow gold. This helps in creating an overall unity in the design of the shoe. Nothing comes as personalized as this shoe, and to prove that, take a look at the tongue tags and insoles and you will find this: “This particular pair is a one of one. That means none before it and none to come. Sincerely, JG (hand signed).”
