KAWS’ OriginalFake x Nike Air Max Pack

Another collaboration was made by Nike to create something simple that everyone would enjoy for himself. They have teamed up with the artist KAWS to make over their conventional Air Max 90. They were able to produce two color ways with their team up including the one shown above.

The Air Max 90 was constructed by using four different fabrics. This shoe was specially designed to make it simpler by using slight trimming and less exaggeration of details. The sneaker is designed with fishnet-like fabric on the front area along with the ankle area. It also involves the use of suede and other fabric which they used on the upper. The all black look is accented with neon green bordered black shoelaces and the traditional KAWS emblem represented by the two X found on the tongue and on the side. This shoe including its outsole is inspired by Nike’s ACG which are used for outdoors.

This pair of kicks will be available on Saturday, October 18 exclusively on Nike Sportswear at 21 Mercer New York and Montalban Los Angeles.
