Finally, after having an exclusive military edition of the Nike Air Force One dubbed as the Armed Forces Day sneaker for the U.S. Navy Exchange, they are now up for grabs for the public as it begins to surface at few online stores.
The “Armed Forces Day” Air Force One is unique from the other AF1 when it comes to the materials used. From using ordinary leather, Nike came up with micro-perforated leather on the back heel and along the laces hole which makes the shoes last longer.
During the military sale in May, the sneakers weighed in for $69.99, and now few outlets in Japan have them for sale.
The Nike Air Force One “Armed Forces Day” only features one color way, but is versatile with any clothing items. It features a dominantly red upper with white secondary midsole and quarter panel color and obsidian colored laces, heel tab, out sole and sock liner.
Now if you are part of the military and still were not able to get these shoes made for you, better grab yourself a pair.
