Who would need an introduction for this latest version of the Nike ½ Cent in “Eggplant” color scheme? It’s obvious that many sneakerheads and basketball enthusiasts have been waiting for this since it was introduced few months ago and finally, they can now get their hands on this hot stuff.

For those who still have no idea what Nike ½ Cent is, it is a basketball sneaker that was formed and designed by fusing several sneaker models from the Penny Hardaway line. It’s basically a basketball sneaker with an upper made of Foamposite and fabric materials. Foamposite on this sneaker is found on the side panels, back heel, and toe box edges, while fabric is seen on the tongue and collar. Both of these composition make the Nike ½ Cent lightweight. The recently released version of this sneaker has a mixture of purple and black upper thus calling it as the “Eggplant” colorway. The “Eggplant” is accented with reflective Penny Hardaway insignias located on the collar, outsole and tongue.
