Of all Nike’s Air Max Hyperize pairs, I haven’t seen one that was compelling enough to make me get up from my seat and actually buy one. Sure they’re awesome and fly, but nothing seems to be perfect for me.

Now, Nike made a new pair available, the Nike Air Max Hyperize in blue, grey and Orion blue which is perhaps the most captivating feature of the shoe, the lovely shade of blue that can be seen outlining the swoosh, speckling the midsole and the Air Max and Fly wire remind you of a mighty constellation that can be seen on the dark sky; while the upper part features grey nubuck and white mesh on the tongue.

Nike has unveiled the Nike Air Trainer III “Air Attack” in two scrumpidy-licious color ways which should both be available in a little while. So, while we wait for that little while, let’s enjoy and appreciate the beauty of the two pairs.

And although the pair doesn’t come on the usual materials we all rely and associate with performance, the pretty colors make up for it. The first comes in a black and purple color way which is a bit less common of a combination, and a less common component, it has “pony hair,” probably the most distinctive material that can be found on the shoe.

Second, is the grey and red color scheme, probably one of the most common combinations we can see. The silvery metallic upper is combined by leather and plastic while the red can be seen on the solid and massive soles as well as on the tongue.

In celebration of the Mexican Independence Day called the Cinco de Mayo, Supra created the limited edition Supra Skytop II called the “Cinco de Drinko” model. The delicious pair features the distinctive look rendered by the Mexican culture.

The pair features colorful Mexican zarape panels bounded by crisp white leather in full gain. The pair is a concrete proof for Mexican love, and I bet Mexicans and non-Mexicans alike will share their love for the pair. This pair is a limited edition series of 200 pairs, not even enough for all the Supra lovin’ Mexicans, so if you’re looking to have a pair, you better act fast, stocks will be dropped off at Factory 415 in LA this 5th of May.

The Jordan brand releases a new pair of Air’s called the Air Jordan Spizike in GS. The grade-school sized pair comes in a beautiful composition of colors that would make not only grade-schoolers drool but older folks as well.

The pair is composed of a white smooth upper with hints of violet and grey panels; a sort of an eroded concrete I guess was the inspiration behind some parts of the shoe. If you ask me, there isn’t anything new about the details and style of the pair, but the colors just make the shoes so fly and yummy. You can look for these over at eBay.

Supra dropped the new Terry Kennedy signature pair in a suprprising low-top style; the pair si called “The Stacks”, although Im nt seeing anything stacked in the shoe.

Anyway, the pair is neatly done in black luxe leather that can be seen from the toes right to the middle of the uppers. The other half of the upper is done in black suede, while hints of powder blue can be seen on the tongue and sides. The soles are also in powder blue with the brand’s embossed name on the rare part.

The pair is said to be released this month, in selected Supra dealers.

Kevin Durant and his team played exceptionally well on the previous season, and KD scored himself another signature pair for the act, its called the KD II from Nike. Kevin Durant reportedly likes the new pair better than the first.

The KD II sports a low-top in a simple colorway, red and black that is complimented by a semi transparent sole. The sleek upper is almost in pure red, except for the shiny black swoosh, strap and NIKE brand at the heel. And not only that, NiceKicks.com also scored the pair quite well in terms of its performance capacity. Looks like we’ll be seeing more of this pair around.

Converse Japan releases a hot new slew of shoes for their May 2010 Collection.  It consists of two Jack Purcell Lows, two Chuck Taylor All Star Lows and two highs.

The Jack Purcell’s are made from gingham which is a plaid weave fabric, the pair comes in two simple color schemes, black and red. On the other hand, the Chucks, both high tops and low tops are fabricated in monochromatic color schemes, a solid white and red. The only difference is that he high top carries the One Star Converse logo. Looks like the Japs have mastered the all-American look from Converse.

If two heads are better then one, then three heads must be the BOMB! In their latest collaboration, PUMA works with Gumball 3000 and UNDFTD to create and 200 pair limited edition footwear for all the drivers of the upcoming Gumball 3000 Rally. So if you’re not a driver for the event, don’t hope you’ll be getting a pair anytime soon.

Anyway, from what it looks like, the pair comes with dark green suede uppers and brown laces, and perhaps white midsoles. That’s all I know because that’s all I can see. Stick around if you’re madly interested about the shoes.

Nike just dropped a bomb in the world of sports footwear, with the Italian made Nike Air Max 97 LUX. I guess it’s needless to say that the pair is engineered from exquisite Italian leather; it’s a different take from the usual Air Max’s from Nike which consists of different materials.

The Nike Air Max 97 LUX however is all leather, and is almost all black. A hot pink flash can be spotted on the Air Max, while hints of silver can be seen on the heel pull tab and tongue. These exquisite pair is a limited edition of 1695 pairs, and if you ever purchase one, you’ll know which of the 1695 pairs is yours by looking at the underside of your pair’s tongue and on the box.

Denim has been the bag and shoe trend for this year’s spring collections, and Acne has acknowledged that fact, as they uncover the Acne 2010 Spring Denim Plimsoles.

Acne’s take on the classic pair of Plimsoles is anything but conventional, the 2010 Spring Denim Plimsoles. Are offered in two smashing color ways, or denim styles if I may say so myself. The first one comes in full acid-washed blue denim upper which is almost white with blue hints in appearance; it sports white soles and dark brown laces. The second one comes in washed black denim upper which is paired off with black rubber soles and dark brown laces.

Shoe enthusiasts are sure to love these intriguing pairs.

Mike Carroll and Rick Howard ventured into the shoe business after a successful attempt on the Skateboarding industry. They introduced Lakai Limited Footwear with the same pride and dedication as tot eh time they started their business. Lakai continues to create shoes that they dedicate to all skateboarders and non skateboarders alike.

Here, we have the Lakai Manchester Select in Grey/White; the upper is made entirely from suede, with a Lakai brand logo on the side. A few perforations can be seen on the toe, while mesh is used in the tongue. I’ve been seeing a lot of grey kicks lately, and so far, this is my favorite. I don’t skate, but I bet these would look good while hanging out.

Visvim is a Japanese label started by Hiroki Nakamura, who believed that the world needed a label that takes the word ‘footwear’ to a different level. Hiroki wanted to produce shoes that were different in every way, different than the average and contemporary sneakers we usually get from Nike and the likes. So he took that aspiration into action.

Thus, here we are bombarded by unusual shoes like the FBT Shaman Collection, which will be released later this year in vibrant suede structures. The collection features the FBT Shaman in five colors; blue, green, red, black and yellow, all complete with frills. Who else can pull off the look but the Japanese?
